6. I am getting a blank screen / syntax error when I click on your password links?

If you have updated to the latest Service Pack 2 for Microsoft Windows XP, you will get a syntax error if you click on auto password links ('auto'). Direct access to the password protected sites is no longer supported by Microsoft [see this]. You can solve this problem by executing file that adds parameters to registry that disable this "link protection". Download this .reg file [passfix.reg], close all browser windows, run the .reg file, click Yes to the prompt.
